Notaries, complementary and available
The Notary Renaud VERSTRAETE was appointed to this function by Ministerial Decreet on the 27 April 2010. The Notary Alexis CRUYSMANS was received by Ministerial Decreet on the 4 May 2018 and was recognized as mediator in family matter by Decision of the Federal Mediation Committee on the 26 September 2019. The complementary between the two is a huge asset. You will meet them when signing an act but they also strive to be personally available to you, both when you open a case and throughout the required dealings on it
The team, efficiency and versatility
The notaries are assisted by more than twenty multilingual support staff including notarial lawyers, administrative & Legal assistants, bookkeepers and receptionists. Each legal expert is required to know all areas of the practice’s legal expertise and this is maintained through continuous training. However in the interests of efficiency, experts are grouped in specific areas. Rigour, accuracy and a respect for deadlines guide the work.
Each employee has a direct telephone line and an email address. In the interest of efficiency, it is recommended that you make an appointment prior to visiting . Correspondence by email is preferred.
